Outlook will not show images
Research suggests this was because of a corrupt temporary internet files folder. In Windows 7 the folder is called "Temporary Internet Files", in Windows 8+ the folder is "INetCache". Deleting this folder in the user's profile and having them log in again created a new folder and fixed the image issue.
The fix steps are as follows:
Log in to the machine as an admin.
Go to the following path and replace "[user]" with correct user profile name: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\
Delete INetCache folder
Restart Machine
Have user log in to the machine like normal and open outlook.
Check an email that the images wouldn't show and see if the problem is resolved.
